Refund Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy describes the conditions for refunds for paid tariffs and one-time packages of the Sellai service (sellai-cosmetics.uz), provided by SELLAI LLC (SELLAI MChJ), TIN 312530703.

2. Nature of the service

The Service is a digital service. Access and limits are provided immediately after payment. Part of the service may be deemed rendered as it is used (consumption of analyses / tokens).

3. Free tariff

The Free tariff does not require payment and is non-refundable.

4. Refund conditions

  • A refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
  • If requested within this period, the value of the unused portion of the paid volume is refunded (pro rata to the analyses / tokens consumed).
  • One-time packages: a refund is possible if less than 20% of the package has been used; if 20% or more has been used, no refund is made.

5. Subscription renewal

Automatic renewal is not performed. Tariff renewal is done manually by the user. Funds for a paid period already started are refunded under the conditions of clause 4.

6. How to request a refund

Send a request to stating your account and the payment date. We will review the request within 10 business days. Refunds are made using the same method by which payment was made (Click / Payme).

7. Technical failures

If payment has been made but the service was not provided through our fault, funds are refunded in full or access is restored — at your choice.
