Terms of Use (Public Offer)

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by SELLAI Limited Liability Company (SELLAI LLC / SELLAI MChJ), TIN 312530703 (the "Operator"), for the use of the Sellai service (sellai-cosmetics.uz). By registering and/or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Subject

The Operator provides access to a SaaS AI skin-image analysis service and related features (chat consultant, analysis history) on the terms of the selected tariff.

3. Nature of the service

The Service is informational and is not a medical or cosmetological service. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate. See the Disclaimer, which is an integral part of these Terms.

4. Tariffs and payment

  • Available tariffs: Free, Pro, Business, and one-time packages. Current composition, limits, and prices are listed on the pricing page.
  • Paid tariffs are provided for the duration of the paid period. Automatic renewal is not performed: to continue access after the paid period, the tariff must be renewed manually.
  • Payment is made in Uzbek soums (UZS) via the Click and Payme payment services.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Account

You undertake to provide accurate data, not to share access with third parties, and are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

6. Acceptable use

The following is prohibited:

  • uploading images of third parties without their consent;
  • uploading images of minors;
  • using the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • attempting to disrupt the Service, bypass limits, or extract or copy the model;
  • using analysis results as a medical conclusion.

7. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service, software, design, and models belong to the Operator. By uploading an image, you confirm that you hold the rights to it and grant the Operator a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of results, uninterrupted operation, or fitness of the Service for the user's particular purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect damages or for any decisions made by the user on the basis of the analysis results.

10. Changes to the terms and service

The Operator may change these Terms, the set of features, and tariffs by publishing updates on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Operator is a resident of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies (IT Park) of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
