1. Informational nature of the service
The Sellai service (the "Service"), available at sellai-cosmetics.uz, provides skin image analysis performed by an artificial intelligence system (Tanabe AI). The Service is provided for informational and reference purposes only.
The Service is not a medical, cosmetological, or dermatological service and does not provide medical care.
2. Results are generated by artificial intelligence
All analysis results — skin type, percentage estimates, estimated age, undertone, list of "problems," and recommendations — are generated by an AI model based on the uploaded image. This means:
- Results are an approximate AI estimate, not a measurement. Percentages and numeric values are not obtained by any measuring device and do not reflect clinically confirmed values.
- The AI may make mistakes, produce inaccurate or unreliable results, and "see" features in the image that are not there. The same photo may yield different results on repeated uploads.
- Results are affected by lighting, image quality and processing, angle, and other factors.
3. This is not a diagnosis
The analysis is not a medical or cosmetological diagnosis and may not be used to establish a diagnosis, prescribe treatment, or make health-related decisions.
No terms that may appear in the analysis or chat (including names of skin conditions) constitute an established diagnosis. The condition of skin cannot be determined from a photograph — this requires an in-person examination by a specialist and, where necessary, dermatoscopy, tests, and other examinations.
4. Consult a specialist
The Service does not replace consultation with a dermatologist or cosmetologist. If you are concerned about your skin, or notice changes, inflammation, growths, or other symptoms, consult a qualified specialist.
For signs that require attention (rapidly changing or growing lesions, pain, bleeding, non-healing elements, etc.), do not rely on the Service and consult a doctor immediately.
5. Care and product recommendations
Recommendations regarding care, ingredients, and cosmetic products are general information and are not an individual prescription. Skin reactions are individual: before using a new product, perform a patch test on a small area of skin and consult a specialist if necessary.
Products containing prescription ingredients are used only as prescribed by a doctor.
6. Brand mentions and links
Mentions of brands and cosmetic products in the analysis are for reference and information only, are not advertising, and do not contain affiliate links. A brand mention is not a medical recommendation and does not guarantee results.
7. Age restriction
The Service is intended for persons over 18 years of age. Uploading images of minors, or images of third parties without their consent, is not permitted.
8. Limitation of liability
You use the Service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, SELLAI LLC shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences taken or arising on the basis of the analysis results, including harm to health resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
